Robert Kerr is the Budget Analyst, Principal for the Arizona Telemedicine Program and handles the Finance and HR needs of the department.  Mr. Kerr has a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia. He has significant experience in developing revenue and expenditure forecasts for budget preparation across various funding sources. Additionally, he advises department heads and directors on budgetary status.
