Guidelines for contacting Arizona Telemedicine Program Technical Support:

New Non-Urgent support requests may be submitted anytime 24/7/365:

• Send E-mail to helpdesk@aztel.arizona.edu or call 520-626-6978

NOTE: Responses to non-urgent requests should generally be expected in the M-F 8-5 timeframe.

New After Hours and Urgent Support Requests (24x7x365):

• M-F 8-5: Please call 520-626-6978 first for urgent requests and then page 1-520-281-6233 if needed
• After Hours: your first call should be to Page 1-520-281-6233 (must dial the 1-520) with your call back#

NOTE 1: In the event that no response is received when paging the after hours pager you should call 520-626-6978 to obtain the current backup pager #.

NOTE 2: The 1-520-281-6233 is carried by an ATP staff member 24 hours a day 365 days a year. This pager should be used as the primary means of contacting support at all times outside of M-F 8-5.

Existing Support Requests:

ATP technical support staff should be contacted directly for follow up on existing support  requests once you know who is working with you on your request. Our contact information is below along with the general areas of support responsibility. It is preferable for everyone to call 520-626-6978 or send Email to the helpdesk@aztel.arizona.edu address for new requests, but you do have the option of contacting ATP technical support staff personnel directly regarding a new support request if needed.
