Protocols are in place to ensure safety and direct patients to emergency services when appropriate. They are also registered with the National Practitioner Data Bank for continuous query and reappointed using NCQA standards every three years. Every provider must review and complete mock video cases, cultural training, video training and the review of the practice's protocols prior to being approved to see patients. In addition, they must complete a case-based training simulation.
