InSight is the leading national telepsychiatry service provider organization with a mission to increase access to behavioral health care. The InSight team has been practicing telepsychiatry since 1999 and serves more than 180 sites across the nation with a team of over 225 psychiatric prescribers. InSight is the telemedicine arm of a behavioral health company called the CFG Health Network that delivers services across the spectrum of behavioral health. InSight is led by James R. InSight is committed to conducting all telepsychiatry appropriately. Before ever seeing a consumer, all InSight providers go through a rigorous training curriculum on clinical best practices for telepsychiatry. This training pulls from best practice guidelines released by the American Telemedicine Association and the American Psychiatric Association and includes video, written and one-on-one lessons and mentorship from one or more members of InSight's clinical leadership team. The InSight clinical leadership team is one of the most practiced in the nation and is led by Dr. Jim Varrell, a national advocate and educator on telepsychiatry. Dr. Varrell has practiced telepsychiatry in nearly all settings and across all populations for over 17 years.

All InSight providers must demonstrate an excellent clinical history, superb communication skills, a comfort level with technology and a passion for increasing access to quality psychiatric care. All InSight providers go through a rigorous vetting, onboarding, licensing, credentialing and training process before being matched with an organization, and are expected to meet the high standards of both the InSight clinical team and the standards at the organizations where they serve.
