We ensure that all of our Tele health providers are licensed and credentialed with no past history of malpractice claims or criminal records. We routinely Monitor and screen our providers to ensure the highest quality practitioners available to our customers. Credentials for physicians are conducted every two years. These physicians are also subject to a 10% random audit, which exceeds NCQA standards.
