Additional company information:

ARGO offers a partner service to align people, processes and technology focused on healthcare contact center, telehealth, post-discharge and back office services. Often we come alongside a client's existing staff to help scale, improve patient experience and bring innovation (processes and technology). We welcome simple, informal discovery calls to understand a practice's or insurer's objectives and assess if we can help. We only engage if we can help an organization to provide superior patient experience (CSAT, NPS scores), lower costs to serve, enhance revenues or other essential returns on investment (ROI).
